Elm Street House
Complete Historic Home Restoration
This 110-year-old home required extensive structural repairs due to significant rot and deterioration throughout the walls and framing. After a thorough assessment, we developed a comprehensive restoration plan and essentially rebuilt the home from the ground up. The result is a beautifully restored residence that preserves its character while providing the strength, safety, and functionality of a modern home.

Mobile Home Restoration
Emergency Repair & Reconstruction
At Union Mills, we work on all types of homes—old and new. This project involved a mobile home that suffered severe damage after a large tree fell directly through the structure. Fortunately, the homeowners were unharmed despite being inside at the time. Our team removed the damaged sections, completed the necessary structural repairs, and restored the home to a safe and livable condition.

Doggie Fence
Custom Decorative Pet Containment Fence
The homeowners wanted an attractive fencing solution that would safely contain their pets without sacrificing curb appeal. We installed non-climb woven wire fencing for security and paired it with a classic four-board Kentucky-style fence for a timeless, elegant look. The finished project combines durability, functionality, and visual appeal.

1980 Model
Full Mobile Home Revival
This 1980 model home had been neglected for years and was in need of a complete transformation. We managed every aspect of the project, from coordinating transportation with a licensed mover to overseeing the final finishing details. Through careful planning and craftsmanship, we brought this forgotten home back to life and gave it a fresh start for years to come.

Double Garage
Custom Garage & Breezeway Construction
This project featured a large double garage connected to the main structure by a breezeway. The homeowner requested that we complete the building shell so they could handle the interior finishes at a later date. Our team framed 12-foot walls, installed engineered attic trusses, and utilized a crane to safely set the roof system, delivering a weather-tight structure ready for the next phase of construction.
